Job Summary

We are looking for Program Specialists Training (Soft Skills Trainers) who are passionate about working withyouth and helping them transition successfully from campus to corporate careers.This is primarily a trainer role, where the selected candidate will deliver soft skills and employability trainingto college students. The role requires frequent travel to Tier 3 and Tier 4 colleges to conduct training sessionsand engage directly with students, college faculty, and other stakeholders.The trainer will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions, mentoring students, preparingthem for placements, and supporting them throughout the program journey.Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role involves training,counselling, and interacting with diverse student groups.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver soft skills and employability training to students using the program curriculum (both offlineand online modes).
Travel to partner colleges to conduct training sessions and student engagement activities.




Mobilize and engage students from Tier 3 and Tier 4 colleges for participation in the youth employabilityprogram.
Assess and screen students through interviews to determine their fit for the program.
Train students on 21st-century employability skills, including: Communication skills, Interviewpreparation, Group discussions, Resume/CV writing and Workplace readiness and skilled behaviour.
Conduct pre-placement activities and prepare students for corporate prospects.
Provide one-on-one counselling and mentorship to help students transition into formal sector jobs.
Engage with parents and college administrators to ensure robust program participation and support.
Maintain student data, training reports, and program trackers.
Document success stories, case studies, and program updates.
