Teq Mavens Pvt. Ltd. is an IT service-based company delivering high-quality software solutions to global clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with solid manual testing skills and basic automation experience to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automation testing (functional, regression, and exploratory testing) for web applications.
Analyze requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like Jira.
Execute test cases and ensure application quality before release.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support automation testing (approx. 20%) by creating or maintaining automated test scripts.




Identify test cases suitable for automation to improve regression coverage.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and QA sign-off processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Software Testing.
Robust knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test case design.
Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar).
Basic experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Basic understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile development processes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience working with web-based applications.
