nRole Description
nThis is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and statistical research, analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights for decision-making.

nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct research and analysis on mutual funds, equities, and other investment products to evaluate performance, risk, and growth potential.n
- Analyze stocks held within mutual fund portfolios to understand sector exposure, valuation, and their impact on fund performance.n
- Evaluate Portfolio Management Services (PMS) including portfolio composition, strategy,



and risk-return characteristics.n
- Track global markets, economic trends, and investment themes to identify potential investment opportunities.n
- Prepare research reports, fund comparison notes, and presentations for internal teams and management.n
- Support the investment solutions/advisory team with insights for portfolio construction and optimization.n
- Monitor fund performance, benchmarks, and key financial indicators to identify outperforming and underperforming strategies.n
- Assist senior management with strategic research, market analysis, and ad-hoc projects to support business growth.n

- Postgraduate in Finance / MBA (Finance) preferredn
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Analyst in capital markets, investment research, or wealth managementn
