nRole Description:
nThe Learning Program Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation delivery of digital learning programs across global markets. This role combines partner onboarding and enablement , project management , learning program analysis ,



and performance reporting to drive measurable learner and partner outcomes.
nThe role operates at the intersection of program delivery, learning design and partner success, ensuring high-quality implementation, robust stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Program & Project Management

- Lead end-to-end program implementation, from offering design through onboarding, execution and reporting.n
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.n
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (content, platform, operations and regional stakeholders) to ensure delivery alignment.n
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.n
