Job Summary

ACME Designers is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the smooth coordination and execution of architectural and interior projects. The candidate will coordinate with architects, clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.

· Maintain drawing registers, project trackers, MOMs, and project documentation.

· Follow up on drawings, approvals, RFIs, and pending action items.

· Coordinate between design and site teams to resolve project requirements.





· Prepare weekly project status reports and highlight delays or pending issues.

· Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in an architecture, interior, or construction firm.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.

· Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,890.27 - ₹42,488.61 per month
