KRA FOR RETAIL MERCHANDISER< MBO

· Sales Targer Achievement- Coordinate with MBOs to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.

· Sales Performance Monitoring- Monitor MBO wise daily sales, average bill value and MBO wise Sales performance.

· Customer Service – Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a premium shopping experience for all customers.

· Customer Relationship Management- Devclop and maintain relationship with VIP, repeat and potential customers to increase business.

· Team Management- Lead, motivate and supervise the store team to achieve individual and store level targets

· Inventory Management- Ensureproper stock receiving, tagging, storage, display, stock movement and reconciliation.

· Stock Control – Minimise stock discrepancies, damages,



pilferage and inventory losses through effective monitoring.

· Multi Brand Performance – Monitor Brand wise sales, stock availability, product movement, and overall performance of each brand.

· MIS nad Reporting- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and operational reports to the management.

· Business Growth & Cost Control – Identify current business opportunities, improve store profitability, control operational costs and contribute to the overall growth of MBO.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
