Job Summary

Arise Web Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented project coordinator to support project planning, execution, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational and communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is preferred.
Schedule meetings,



prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records.
Assist the team in planning and executing projects.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
