Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Executive to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will monitor production activities, conduct quality checks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with food safety and dairy quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor quality parameters during milk and dairy product production.
Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Maintain QA records, reports, and production documentation.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, GHP, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.




Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices on the production floor.
Assist in internal quality audits and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering (Mandatory)
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of dairy production and quality assurance processes.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Positive documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work on the production floor and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is an added advantage.
