We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and explain features, advantages, and pricing.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle billing, payments, product exchanges, and other basic store transactions.
Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
Ensure stock is properly arranged and assist with stock checking and inventory management.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.




Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, fashion, jewellery, luxury, or premium retail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory procedures.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Freshers with solid communication and a passion for retail sales may also apply.
