Associate - CMM Operator Ahmedabad, India | Position Code: 1209AA

About the Role: We are looking for an Associate - CMM Operator who works effectively in a quick-paced workplace and independently performs CMM inspections to ensure products meet customer drawings and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Hands-on experience operating Hexagon CMM machines
Robust working knowledge of PC-DMIS software (programming execution)
Ability to create, edit, and run offline and online CMM programs
Sound understanding of GDT
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Knowledge of datums, alignments, probe calibration, and qualification
Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and batch inspection
Ability to analyze inspection results and generate CMM inspection reports




Understanding of measurement uncertainty and inspection best practices
Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality standards

Requirements
2+ years of total working experience in related domain
Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / Any related field
Flexible to Shift work
Flexibility to go beyond normal work hours in time of need and support other functions
