We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell residential plots, villas, apartments, commercial properties, and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, property presentations, and closing sales while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition
Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, field activities, and networking.
Contact prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, and investment advantages.
Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
Organize and manage site visits for potential buyers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.




Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process.

Marketing Activities
Promote projects through social media, WhatsApp, property portals, and local marketing campaigns.
Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, roadshows, and promotional events.
Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
