We are hiring Relationship Managers for a reputed Real Estate Developer in Gurugram, specializing in Premium Farmhouse Plots.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and convert them into site visits and bookings.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle negotiations and support customers through the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Mandatory experience with a Real Estate Developer / Builder.
Experience in Farmhouse Plots, Residential Plots or Land Sales will be preferred.
Solid communication,



negotiation and closing skills.
Valuable knowledge of Gurgaon / Delhi-NCR real estate market.
Own car is mandatory for site visits.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Significant: Only candidates with direct experience in Real Estate Developer / Builder companies will be considered. Candidates from property consultants, brokers, channel partners or real estate agencies will not be considered.
