Job Summary

Robotek India is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage sales coordination, telecalling, customer interaction, order processing, and day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.

Handle telecalling for customer enquiries, leads, and order follow-ups.

Interact with store customers and assist them with product-related queries.

Manage sales orders, order entries, and billing-related coordination.

Maintain daily sales records and prepare reports.

Coordinate with the store, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth order processing.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update sales and customer data in Busy / ERP software.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries.





Maintain proper sales documentation and records.

Support management and the sales team with daily coordination tasks.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.

Good knowledge of Busy accounting software.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good communication and telecalling skills.

Solid customer interaction and coordination skills.

Comfortable dealing with store customers and handling their queries.

Positive follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience in retail, electronics, mobile accessories, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
