Role & responsibilities

Visit dealers, retailers, and construction sites on a daily basis.

Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, retailers, and contractors.

Promote and sell JSW Paints products in the assigned territory.

Identify and onboard recent dealers and retail partners.

Explain product features, schemes, offers, and promotional activities to customers.

Collect orders and coordinate with the supply and delivery teams.

Ensure product availability at dealer outlets.

Resolve dealer/customer concerns promptly.

Support local marketing activities, including displays, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
