We are looking for an energetic and responsible Retail Sales Executive cum Store Manager to join our growing retail team at The Write Stuff.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a retail showroom/store workplace, preferably dealing with toys, stationery, gifts, kids' products, lifestyle products, books, accessories or similar categories. Experience with brands/stores such as Hamleys, Crossword, Miniso, Archies or similar retail formats would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and actively assist with product selection and sales
Manage day-to-day showroom operations
Handle billing/POS and cash counter when required
Maintain product displays, cleanliness and stock organization
Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment
Guide and supervise other sales staff
Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of store sales targets
Assist with opening/closing and other store responsibilities

Preferred Candidate: Good communication skills,



confident personality, customer-friendly attitude, basic computer/POS knowledge, leadership ability and previous retail experience.

Experience: Preferably 2+ years in retail/showroom sales

Job Type: Full time

Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off between Monday–Thursday

Candidates from a similar product/retail background will be given preference

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
