Position: Real Estate Business Coordinator (MBA)

About the Role

We are looking for an MBA professional to coordinate and support the day-to-day business activities of our real estate company. The candidate will work closely with management and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts & Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities between management and various departments.
Track sales, marketing activities, targets, tasks and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and business updates.
Maintain and analyze sales, lead and business data.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign and project execution.
Follow up with team members, customers, vendors and business partners.
Prepare presentations, Excel reports, dashboards and management documents.
Assist management with meetings, reviews, planning and business initiatives.
Monitor pending activities and ensure timely completion.




Support overall business development and operational activities.

Required Skills:
MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations or related field.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets & PowerPoint.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid follow-up, organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional communication and documentation skills.
Positive command of English, Hindi & Marathi.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and handle responsibilities independently.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Operations will be an advantage.
