About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, client communication, follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have robust communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to manage incoming leads and enquiries.
Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and travel packages.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Track enquiries from initial contact to closure.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for quick resolution.




Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Support the team with documentation and other sales-related activities.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, travel sales, or a similar role.
Experience in the travel & tourism industry will be preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
