Role & responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture between Windchill and ERP systems
Lead Windchill-ERP integration initiatives (EBOM to MBOM, Part, Document, and Change synchronization)
Define and implement RESTful and OData-based APIs for seamless data exchange
Work with middleware platforms (e.g., TYK, MuleSoft, Boomi) to enable scalable integrations
Configure and customize Windchill ESI (Enterprise Systems Integration)
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements
Participate in and lead interface workshops with client teams
Ensure data consistency, governance, and lifecycle alignment across systems
Implement error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms for integrations




Provide technical guidance and best practices to development and client teams.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Robust experience in PTC Windchill PLM (10+ years preferred)
Proven experience in Windchill-ERP integrations (INFOR, SAP, or similar)
Hands-on expertise in REST APIs and OData services
Experience with middleware/API gateways (TYK preferred)
Knowledge of Windchill ESI, Info*Engine, and web services
Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns
Experience in handling large BOM structures and change management processes
Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
