Unitech Packs is hiring a Sales Coordinator for our team in Puducherry. This role involves supporting the sales team with order processing, customer coordination, and administrative follow-up to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate between sales team, customers, and factory/dispatch for order processing
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and order records
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments
Handle customer calls and inquiries related to orders
Maintain and update the customer database
Assist sales team with documentation and scheduling

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Freshers welcome – full training will be provided
