AK Tech Park is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage enquiries and leads generated through our digital advertising campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers through calls and chat, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, following up with interested prospects, and converting qualified leads into sales.

This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-up, customer-handling ability, and a sales-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads generated through online advertisements.
Communicate with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and chat.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Explain service features, pricing and processes clearly and professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested and pending prospects.
Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed sales.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team after successful conversion.




Be comfortable interacting with customers from different skilled backgrounds and industries.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in Sales and Customer Support is required.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and qualified communication.
Ability to understand different customer requirements quickly.
Comfortable handling both calls and online chats.
Sales-oriented mindset with an interest in achieving conversions.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Experience Experience: Candidates with prior experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Lead Conversion, Business Development or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a lead from the first conversation until successful closure. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, patient with follow-ups, and capable of converting genuine enquiries into business.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
