Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience using Python.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience using Python and working on L1/L2 support responsibilities.
Proficiency in providing basic support for hardware, software and network related problems for L1 support.
Proficiency in providing advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related problems for L2 support .
Robust analytical skills .
Strong proficiency in Python programming, experience with FastAPI framework and scripting.
Experience in working with databases NoSQL and/or Relational
Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management.
Comfortable with Agile operating models (Scrum/Kanban)




Team oriented; solid interpersonal and communication skills
Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work setting
Working in shifts – Shift time: 6 am - 3 pm, 1 pm - 10 pm Would need to work over weekend in rotation and they would get comp-off. Total working days- 5 Preferred

Qualifications
Experience with microservice architectures
Experience with AWS
Experience with version control (Git), continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools
Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
