We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Executive for one of our reputed Japanese clients to lead quality management activities, including customer support, supplier quality improvement, and quality audits.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with customers, including Japanese clients.
Provide quality guidance to suppliers and manage quality improvement activities.
Conduct quality audits of manufacturing processes and suppliers, and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
Respond to customer quality inquiries and conduct product quality evaluations, including hazardous substance and durability assessments.
Visit customers with the sales team and provide technical support from a quality perspective.
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve quality management systems and processes.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.




Experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in Supplier Quality Management (SQE) or supplier quality improvement.
Experience supporting Japanese manufacturers or Japanese-affiliated companies.
Experience conducting quality audits or supplier audits.
Business-level English communication skills.
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems will be an added advantage.
