Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Help customers choose the right products based on their needs.
Explain product details, prices, offers, and collections.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Ensure products are properly displayed and the store is maintained well.
Support stock checking and other store activities.
Work with the team to achieve store sales targets.
Requirements
1 - 4 years of experience in retail sales.
Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, jewellery, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Presentable and confident personality.
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
