We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our leather products showroom. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and an interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional assistance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable leather products.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and perks to customers.
Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Promote offers, new arrivals, and other products.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.




Confident and presentable personality.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain attractive product displays and keep the showroom neat and organized.
Assist with billing, payments, and POS operations.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with the showroom team regarding stock.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential sales.
Support showroom promotions and other sales activities.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
