Position: Retail Store Manager

Location: Across Kottayam and Pathanamthitta

Qualification: any Degree/MBA

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and store transactions.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, expiry, damages, and shrinkage.
Ensure proper merchandising, product display, pricing, and store cleanliness.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, performance, and discipline.

Preferred Experience 2–5 years of experience in retail store operations or store management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
