Role & Responsibilities
Visit merchants and businesses to generate new leads.
Promote SBI Payments POS machines, QR codes, and digital payment solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to merchants.
Acquire and onboard current merchants as per business requirements.
Collect and verify required KYC/documents from merchants.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and recent merchants.
Coordinate with the internal team for installation, activation, and issue resolution.
Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
