Responsibilities
Inspect castings at various stages, raw, fettled and machined, to ensure dimensional and visual conformity with quality standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, height gauge and micrometer.
Prepare inspection reports, PPAP layouts and first-piece inspection as per drawings.
Analyse and take action on non-conformities observed during inspection.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to understand and meet quality requirements.
Required Skills
Should have knowledge of drawing interpretation, IATF, APQP, PPAP and FMEA.
Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
Should be proactive, adaptable and system-oriented.
