– Purchase + Billing Engineer

Position: Purchase + Billing Engineer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: lUCKNOW

CTC: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle purchase and procurement of construction materials.
Identify vendors, collect quotations and negotiate rates.
Prepare comparative statements and purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors, site teams and stores for timely material delivery.
Prepare and verify client/vendor bills, BOQs, measurements and quantity calculations.
Check bills against work completed, BOQ and agreed rates.
Maintain purchase, billing and material records.
Coordinate with site and accounts teams for billing and payment processes.

Candidate Requirements




3–4 years of relevant experience in Purchase + Billing.
Residential Building/Construction experience is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of construction materials, BOQ and billing processes.
Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and construction billing software/tools.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Only candidates with relevant residential construction experience will be considered. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
