Job Title: QA Engineer II

We are looking for a QA Engineer to support quality validation across Home and Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) surfaces.
The role focuses primarily on manual testing of user-facing features, workflows, and integrations across desktop platforms. You will work closely with engineering, product, and program teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end manual testing of features across Home and Creative Cloud Desktop experiences
Validate user workflows, UI/UX behavior, and functional requirements across Windows and macOS
Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements and designs
Identify, document, and track defects with transparent reproduction steps and expected behavior
Collaborate with developers, PMs, and QE leads to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
Participate in release readiness, regression testing, and smoke testing cycles
Validate integrations with backend services,



configuration-driven features, and experiment setups
Ensure quality coverage for growth-related features, experiments, and configuration-based changes
Provide timely test status updates and risk assessments to the team
4+ years of experience in manual QA/testing for consumer-facing or enterprise software products
Robust understanding of software testing fundamentals, test planning, and defect lifecycle
Experience testing desktop applications on Windows and macOS
Familiarity with web-based and hybrid desktop applications
Ability to interpret product requirements, functional specs, and UX designs
Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools, especially- JIRA
Robust attention to detail and ability to think from an end-user perspective
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
