Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1+ year of experience in cold calling and lead generation . The candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
Identify customer requirements and business opportunities.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.




Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Handle initial objections and engage prospects professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telesales, B2B sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
Must be willing to work from office in Model Town, Current Delhi .
