To be Responsible for origination of Business Loan (BL)
To be Responsible for setting up the distribution network for financial products
Plan & execute the BL strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved
Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction &

disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network
Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service
Investment structuring and documentation
Empanelment of DSAs and maintaining valuable relations with them
Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans
Regular interactions with Seniors in NBFC




Responsible for identifying recent market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
Determine ongoing product evolution/development priorities.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports
