Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to handle both in-office client interactions and field-based sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, managing orders, and expanding our market reach in and around Panvel and neighboring regions.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Client Acquisition:
Identify, prospect, and pitch to potential B2B and B2C clients, including cafes, fine-dining restaurants, hotels, boutique retail stores, and interior stylists.
Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate leads, showcase physical product samples, and close sales deals.

Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
Actively drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial cold calling and field prospecting to product demonstration, negotiation, and final closing.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Office Operations & Order Management:
Manage incoming sales inquiries efficiently via phone, email, or walk-ins at the office.
Coordinate order processing, inventory checking, billing,



and timely dispatch with the internal warehouse and dispatch teams.
Maintain accurate digital records of customer databases, daily field activity logs, sales pipelines, and transaction histories.

Relationship Management & After-Sales Service:
Build long-term, skilled relationships with corporate and retail clients to encourage repeat business and high customer retention.
Address customer feedback, resolve queries promptly, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.

Market Intelligence & Product Presentation:
Stay updated on current home decor, lifestyle, and ceramic crockery trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.
Provide creative insights and feedback from the field to management regarding product preferences and current market prospects.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
