Locations: Gurgaon / Jaipur /n Function: Quality Assurance / Quality Control /n Industry: Food & FMCG /n About the Role : /n We are hiring Quality Assurance professionals for the Staples category, with prospects across Edible Oils and Honey. /n The role requires hands-on experience in food quality assurance, quality control, food safety, manufacturing/processing, packaging quality and supplier/vendor quality. We are particularly interested in professionals who have worked directly with Edible Oils / Honey / Staples. /n Key Responsibilities : /n /n
Manage QA/QC activities for assigned Staples products, including Edible Oils and/or Honey.

/n
Monitor quality across raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products.

/n
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, FSMS and applicable food-quality standards.

/n
Monitor manufacturing, processing and packaging operations at plants/vendor locations.

/n
Conduct supplier/vendor audits, process audits and quality inspections.

/n
Review product specifications, test parameters, COAs and quality documentation.

/n
Investigate quality deviations and consumer complaints and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

/n
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, procurement,



operations and internal quality teams.

/n
Support product trials, packaging validation and continuous quality improvement.

/n
Maintain quality records, SOPs, audit documentation and compliance reports.

/n /n What we are looking for: /n /n
Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy/Food Engineering or a relevant discipline.

/n
Approximately 2–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within Food, FMCG or food manufacturing.

/n
Solid preference for candidates with direct exposure to Edible Oils, Honey, Staples, Oils & Fats, food processing or private-label food products.

/n
Understanding of RM/PM/IP/FG quality, manufacturing processes and packaging quality.

/n
Working knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, FSMS, or similar food-safety systems.

/n
Experience in vendor quality, supplier quality, audits, RCA/CAPA and complaint investigation will be advantageous.

/n
Candidates with edible-oil experience should ideally understand oil processing/refining, quality parameters and packaging.

/n
Candidates with honey experience should have relevant exposure to honey quality, food testing/processing, supplier quality or related product categories.
