Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to pre-qualified or database leads and handle incoming customer inquiries regarding loans.
Pitching Products: Explain features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and perks of loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Car Loans).
Needs Analysis: Assess customer financial profiles to recommend the best-fit loan product.
Document Coordination: Follow up with interested clients for document collection and application completion. Coordinate with field sales or processing teams.
CRM Management: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly connectivity, lead generation, and sales closure targets.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
