Role Description This is a full-time, in office Purchase Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and aligning purchases with inventory and production needs.

and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchase management processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for effective documentation and transaction processing.
Candidates should possess solid Purchase Management and Procurement skills to handle sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and cost control.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in procurement or purchase operations, preferably in FMCG, dairy, or food-related industries.
Proficiency with ERP or purchasing software and strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to work in a quick-paced, on-site setting.
Awareness of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices will be an added advantage.
