Role & responsibilities
Purpose of the Position

Drive process engineering excellence for rework operations ineAxlemanufacturing by developing andoptimizing rework and claim management process
Key Responsibilities
Definition and execution of reclaim processeswithin the manufacturing process
Analysisdefect parts,reclaim analysis
Develop a deep understanding of process chainimpact analysis.
Identifyand manage interactions within process chains for current products and process designs.
Drivecost workshopswith a strong focus on resource optimization and waste reduction
Skills & Competencies
Resilienceindaily pressure to release processes on time.
Solid knowledge of process chain development, PFA(Process flow analysis), and assembly line design.




Experience in high-volume line planning
Experience with system CIP systematics
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills (Shainin preferred), FMEA, 8D
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence stakeholders.
Willingness torelocateas per business needs.
Education

BE/B.Techin Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience

Minimum 5 years in process engineering , line planning within high-volume manufacturing, preferably in automotive or electrified powertrain sectors. Knowledge in rework is an added advantage
