– EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (QUALITY)

Designation: Executive Engineer – Quality

Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1–2 Years in Industrial / Manufacturing Industry

CTC: ₹3.50 – ₹4.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily WIP, Raw Material (RM), and Finished Goods (FG) inspections and maintain proper records.
Record daily quality issues related to Receiving Inspection, WIP, and Final Inspection.
Analyze rejection, rework, COPQ, and quality issues using 8D methodology.
Calculate and monitor COPQ and Rejection PPM for RM, WIP, and FG on a daily basis.
Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Quality MIS Reports.
Approve job setups at the shop floor as per defined quality requirements.
Conduct regular patrol inspections during production as per the Control Plan.
Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for internal, supplier,



and customer complaints.
Escalate serious, repeated, or urgent quality issues to the Quality Manager / Top Management.
Support Internal, Process, Supplier, and Customer Audits.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for effective implementation of quality standards.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Quality Inspection and Manufacturing Processes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of 8D, COPQ, PPM, Control Plan, and Quality MIS will be preferred. Location: As per company requirement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
