Purchase Order Management
Prepare and release purchase orders after necessary approvals.
Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery.
Track pending POs and ensure timely closure.

Site & Project Coordination
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Stores and Accounts.
Understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
Resolve material shortages, delays and quality-related issues.

Cost & Quality Control
Ensure purchases are within approved budgets and negotiated rates.
Compare market prices and identify cost-saving prospects.
Ensure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
