Maintaining and Reviewing Records of Bought Items

Keep a constant check on stock levels
Taking Follow-up of purchase orders for delivery.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
Liaison between plant and vendor to resolve any material, parts or equipment dispute.
Negotiate purchases and contracts with vendors on behalf of the company
Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded
Prepare Supplier Analysis
Prepare and maintain purchasing and Quotation reports, records, and updated price lists.
Maintain vendor performance records/data.
Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving.
