Key Responsibilities
Booking Management: Handle direct and third-party channel bookings, keep room availability updated, and prevent overbookings.
Revenue & Rate Strategy: Work with revenue teams to apply energetic pricing, manage inventories, and meet sales targets.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor reservation staff while monitoring performance and telephone etiquette.
Department Coordination: Liaise with front office, sales, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure room readiness and smooth guest arrivals.
Reporting & Forecasting: Track booking trends, analyze market demand, and prepare daily or monthly occupancy forecasts.

Required Skills
Solid communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) or systems like Opera.
Commercial awareness and strong numerical skills for data analysis.
Problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints and special requests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
