QA Coordinator / QA Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Coordinator / QA Executive to manage QA activities across all active projects.

The role is responsible for testing, tracking issues, collecting project updates, following up with team members, ensuring deadlines are met, and making sure projects are properly tested before delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage QA activities across multiple projects.
Perform functional, responsive, cross-browser, UI/UX, regression, and production testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution.
Follow up with developers/designers for pending fixes and retesting.
Collect daily project and QA status from relevant team members.
Maintain an updated QA/project status tracker.
Ensure QA is completed before client delivery.
Identify delayed, blocked, or high-risk tasks and escalate them to management.
Provide a clear end-of-day QA status report .
Ensure the team follows the defined QA and delivery process.
Identify recurring quality issues and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Designers,



and Management on QA requirements.

Required Skills
2–3 years of QA/manual testing experience.
Experience testing websites and web applications.
Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing.
Excellent bug reporting and documentation skills.
Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Strong follow-up, ownership, and time-management skills.
Comfortable pushing team members for updates and pending fixes.
Ability to work independently and escalate issues when required.

You should proactively ensure that:

Tasks are tracked → QA is completed → Bugs are reported → Fixes are followed up → Issues are retested → Projects are ready for delivery.

The goal is to identify quality and process issues internally before they reach the client.
