Handle end-to-end purchase of ELV & ICT products as per project BOQ and requirements.
Procure CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Fiber, Racks, UPS and related materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors and vendors.
Obtain quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
Negotiate best price, payment terms, warranty and delivery.
Obtain project-specific / special pricing and no-regret pricing from OEMs and distributors.

Coordinate with Project, Presales, Stores and Accounts teams for timely material availability.

Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up for delivery.

Maintain vendor database, purchase records and price history.





Identify alternative products/vendors and cost-saving prospects.

Monitor pending orders, material shortages and delivery schedules.

Prepare regular Purchase & Procurement MIS reports. ### Required Skills * Valuable knowledge of ELV products and BOQ.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under project deadlines. ### Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
