Receive and verify material requirements/indents from project sites and departments.
Follow up for approvals and ensure purchase orders are issued within the required timeline.
Maintain proper records of purchase enquiries, quotations, comparison statements, purchase orders, delivery documents, and invoices.
Ensure that materials received at sites are properly documented through the required GRN process.
Coordinate with QS, Stores, Site Engineers, Accounts and other departments to resolve purchase-related issues.
Escalate significant delays, price variations, quality concerns, or supply issues to the Purchase Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies
Positive knowledge of construction materials and procurement procedures.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid attention to detail and documentation.
Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma
Experience: 1 year in the same field, Freshers also can apply.
