Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Experience: 1–2 Years in Manufacturing Industry

Freshers: Can Apply

CTC: ₹3.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and materials as per Quality Plan, Control Plan, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct WIP / In-Process Inspection during manufacturing as per defined quality standards.
Verify RMTC/MTC certificates against applicable standards and specifications.
Raise rejection notes for non-conforming materials and follow up until final closure.
Communicate supplier rejections and technical quality concerns to the concerned teams.
Maintain records and reports related to incoming and in-process quality issues.
Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge, Plug Gauge, Conductivity Tester, Hardness Tester, and Plating Thickness Tester.




Analyze incoming and in-process rejection data and support corrective action implementation.
Verify the calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Quality Departments regarding material acceptance and rejection.
Follow applicable ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Positive analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
