Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for residential real estate projects.
Ensure quality compliance for RCC, structural works, finishing works, and MEP services.
Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality standards.
Monitor RCC activities including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, cube testing, curing, construction joints, and structural quality.
Monitor finishing works including plaster, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, doors/windows, false ceiling, façade, and other finishing activities.
Coordinate with the MEP team and consultants to ensure quality of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, ELV, and other MEP installations.
Inspect incoming materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality deviations/non-conformities.
Raise and close NCRs, observations, snag lists, and quality-related issues.
Ensure proper snagging and de-snagging of completed works before handover.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects,



MEP consultants, and project execution teams for quality-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test reports, checklists, material approvals, and quality records.
Conduct quality audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Monitor concrete quality, material testing, laboratory reports, and third-party testing wherever required.
Establish and implement project-specific QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspection checklists, and quality control plans.
Train site engineers, supervisors, and contractors on quality standards and construction best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
Prepare and submit periodic quality reports to senior management.
Coordinate with project teams to minimize rework, defects, and material wastage.
Drive continuous improvement in construction quality and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
