As a Quality Officer – Fabrics (exports and domestic), you will be responsible for ensuring that the fabrics manufactured by our company comply with internal quality standards as well as industry regulations and client requirements. Your role will involve regular inspections, quality audits, and coordination with various teams to implement and improve quality control measures.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of greige and finish fabrics.
Coordinate with production, yarn and design teams to address quality issues.
Document quality assurance activities and prepare reports for management.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Monitor and analyze quality data to detect areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.




Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within fabric manufacturing company, preferably home furnishing.
Solid understanding of textile production processes and quality standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
