1)Quality Assurance & Control

*Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure consistent output

*Conduct inspections during all stages of production (in-process, final, and post-production).

*Ensure that random sampling and product testing are carried out accurately and documented properly.

*Monitor and assess label design and labelling accuracy for compliance with specifications.

2)Process and Compliance Audits

*Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards (ISO etc.) in the production area.

*Conduct regular audits and inspections of production lines, equipment, and packaging stations.

*Report and follow up on non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

3)Packing Material and Input Quality

*Monitor the quality of incoming materials, especially paper rolls and packaging materials.

*Collaborate with the production teams to reject or approve materials based on inspection results.

4)Documentation & Records

*Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality checks.

*Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality reports.





*Oversee the accuracy of production quality records and ensure traceability.

5)Staff Supervision and Training

*Train operators and quality inspectors on quality procedures, defect identification, and best practices.

*Supervise the QA/QC team to ensure timely and consistent inspections.

*Promote awareness of customer requirements and quality standards among staff.

6)Customer Complaint Handling

*Assist in investigating customer complaints and quality issues.

Recommend and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of quality control tools and techniques

Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications

Positive analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Effective communication and leadership capabilities

Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical tools

Education & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma, Quality Management, or related field 5 years of experience in a quality role
