We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract:
Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
Preparation of cost estimates
Rate analysis and cost benchmarking
Review of drawings and specifications
Tendering and quotation evaluation

Post-Contract:
Checking and certification of contractor bills
Quantity reconciliation and measurement verification
Variation and extra item assessment
Cost tracking and budget monitoring
Preparation of cost reports and final accounts
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off and billing
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in building/interior/MEP projects will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,606.68 - ₹51,957.30 per month
