Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, project estimates and rate analysis from drawings and site requirements.
Conduct site measurements and verify actual executed quantities.
Check contractor/subcontractor bills, RA bills and work completion documents.
Monitor project quantities, costs, budgets and variations and highlight deviations.
Prepare material reconciliation and monitor consumption, wastage and material losses.
Identify and control cost leakages, excess quantities and unauthorised works.
Prepare weekly/monthly QS, cost-control and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Projects, Execution, Procurement, Stores, Finance, Sales and contractors for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate project quantity, billing and commercial documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, estimation, billing or project commercial roles.
Experience in painting, waterproofing, civil, flooring,



construction or building-material projects preferred.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, estimation, measurement, rate analysis, contractor billing and cost control.
Excellent MS Excel skills; AutoCAD/quantity estimation software knowledge preferred.
Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills with attention to detail.
Positive communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel/work at project sites as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
