Role & responsibilities :
Sourcing resumes from job portals and screening them
Conducting interviews and checking the fitment of the candidate for the role, before presenting the resumes to the hiring managers
Scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from the hiring managers
Performing reference check, wherever required
To prepare offer proposal and offer letter
Ensuring inputs are given to the vendor for background verification
Ensuring pre-employment medical check-up is completed before candidate joins
Supporting in Campus hiring, wherever required
Supporting in Onboarding of employees - Planning and scheduling Inductions, drafting announcements, ensuring IT asset and ID card is ready.
Updating TA recruitment tracker on daily basis on any update on the positions
Providing Joiners data on monthly basis
Providing salary input on monthly basis such as notice buy-out, joining bonus, joining exp reimbursement, etc.
Clearing recruitment related invoices by coordinating with finance and following up for payments.
Stakeholder Management

Preferred candidate profile : Any Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)
